I would like to personally extend my gratitude for the amazing experience I have enjoyed with your company. I ordered a number of your products and they were delivered Fed Ex today including the most unique feature I have ever received. A thank you card that was hand written from you, free shipping and two of your mind altering tumblers.
To say I was stunned, does not convey the pleasant surprise. In this world of “make a buck”, the concept of service and appreciation have passed away.
But, there is something more you should know that simply transcends the explainable.
During a recent private cruise with my family over the Christmas holidays through the Florida Keys, we stopped and spent two days at Little Palm Island Resort. During that stay I purchased one of your shirts - Curacao Striped Linen, in blue. Picked out because it look good, you know, just a nice shirt.
Two days ago, I wore that shirt for the first time. I had a number of errands to run over the course of the day, nothing unique: bank, Apple store, car dealership, went to a resort by our home for dinner. EVERYWHERE I went on that day, I was treated better, had more service from everyone, was approached by people openly, etc. etc.
After getting home, I was talking about it with my wife of 40 years, and then it dawned on me, IT WAS YOUR SHIRT! I don’t why or how, but your shirt made me look geometrically better to everyone I came in contact with. I know that sounds crazy, but it happened.
Now you know why I took that shirt off, found your website and dropped a few bucks to acquire more of your magic shirts and other products.
The Curacao Striped Linen, in blue was out of stock in large, but when it comes in, let me know, because I need another one in case something happens to mine.
